These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between richphil ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the User," or "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the richphil website and its associated services. By completing the registration process, logging into your richphil account, or otherwise using any feature of the richphil platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) richphil account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. richphil uses technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts, and any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended with all associated balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your richphil account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. richphil will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

richphil shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your richphil account — whether authorized by you or not — will be your responsibility unless you have notified richphil of a security breach in a timely manner.

richphil supports a range of Philippine payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved channels. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time at richphil's discretion.

Deposits: All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. richphil does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your richphil account instantly or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. richphil reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but richphil endeavors to process approved withdrawals promptly.

• Withdrawals may only be made to accounts registered in your own name.
• richphil reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits at its discretion.
• Any applicable taxes on winnings are the sole responsibility of the player, in accordance with Philippine tax law.
• richphil may delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

richphil offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general rules apply to all richphil bonuses unless otherwise stated:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on richphil. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Abuse of Staff: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward richphil customer support staff or other players.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to richphil at any time, including during registration or KYC verification.

All content on the richphil platform — including but not limited to the richphil name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of richphil or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the richphil platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any richphil content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on richphil content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any richphil software.
• Use richphil's name, logo, or branding in any manner without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the richphil platform.

Any unauthorized use of richphil's intellectual property may result in legal action. richphil reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, richphil shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the richphil platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to chance.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond richphil's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the richphil platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.

richphil's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your richphil account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit richphil's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Detection of duplicate accounts associated with the same individual.

Upon account closure, richphil will return any remaining real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided that no funds are subject to forfeiture under these Terms. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds are not returnable upon account closure due to a breach of these Terms.

You may also request the voluntary closure of your richphil account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, where applicable. richphil cooperates fully with all regulatory investigations and dispute resolution processes.

richphil reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, richphil will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
